Lost and Substance

Lost and Substance ( A stream of Consciousness)

  1. Poetic Stance (Many Staircase analogy)
  2. A Platform (Elevation of thoughts)
  3. Lost : What can I lose, What can be lost
  4. Substance: What can be cultivated, What can be known and Grown
  5. Growing in the study and replication of mediums
    1. Film: Audio-Visual
    2. Books: Writing
      1. Poetry and Expanse
    3. Games: Playing→ Creating—>Modding

I’ve been grappling with Lost and Substance. That is, as I do things, or tackle any project. I ponder what is the substance of it. As I do anything and walk through life or lives, What do I have the potential to Lose?  How do I battle Lost?

Making my ideas more powerful not only in my mind, but the world itself is a core to this. Ideas can be captured in

  1. A good poem
  2. A video
  3. An image

It is these two ideas, Lost and Substance, that drives me.

  1. Substance can be cultivated, it can become part of your essence
  2. The more weight a substance has, the harder the feeling of Lost creeps in

I am happy for a platform that social media give. What would of been the alternative for capturing the substance of yourself.

  1. The answer are books and passing talks of a guru who may or may not be a self-proclaimed thought leader.
  2. A platform is the elevation thoughts, Not necessarily the focus of a person. Outside of the platform that person is still a person
  3. The Buddha is the Buddha because of the platform of his thoughts. Outside of the Platform of his doctrine, the personhood withers away while he becomes the Elevation

My growth will come in the study and replication of Chosen artistic mediums

  1. Poetry and Narrative
  2. Film: Audio-Visual
  3. Games: Playing, Creating, Modding

As I step on a platform, I aim to create substance that I can take with me, to minimize the feeling of Lost felt when doing an action

Detour Poetry

It really is a good age to be a wandering poet because of the Platform and the ability to elevate your thoughts. Holistically all my poetry and thoughts or social medium is going to be well packaged to my liking and comfort.
